Dan McNichol is a number-one best selling author and an award-winning journalist, whose published books, articles and thought-leadership papers are about mega construction projects and the infrastructural needs of the United States.

Michael Horodniceanu is former president of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Capital Construction (MTACC) and successfully led the Second Avenue Subway project detailed in the book.
